How to Register as a Clinic

Click "Register for a Clear RX Account" on the hompage. Fill in all of the necessary details. Then click "Create an Account".

You will receive an email to the registered email address, you will need to verify this address by confirming your account within the body of that email.

You will then be a registered clinic on Clear RX and will be able to produce prescriptions for sign off, by a certified prescriber.

How to Register as a Prescriber

Do the same steps as above for regsitering as a clinic.

Once you have registered your clinic, please email [email protected], to request prescriber permissions. We will then check that you are a certified prescriber and may request extra details for proof.

Once you are given these permissions, you will then have to go into "My account", using the drop down, in the top right of the homepage.

Then click on "Account Information", there will now be extra infornation to fill in, including your address and a signature, which will be used for signing off prescriptions.

You will then be a regsitered Prescriber and can produce and sign off prescriptions on Clear RX.

How to produce a Prescription

With ClearRX, as a clinic, you can either upload a CSV file full of customer information, or manually input patient details 1 at a time, and have one of our CQC registered prerscribers to sign it off and generate a PDF precription. An Example of the form is below.

Once the form is filled in, one of our prescribers will be alerted and will review the prescription. Once it is approved you will then receive an email to confirm this.

Once it has been approved, you have 2 options. Send the PDF prescription to the patient, or you can automatically have it sent straight through to 'Clear Chemist Pharmacy' and have is dispensed and shipped the same day.

If you select the Clear Chemist route, a Basket LInk for the medication will be sent to the patient to purchase. Once purchased, the medication will be dispensed and dispatched ASAP.

 

Step 1 - Click on Prescription and then New Prescription Entry or Bulk Upload, if you have a CSV.

Step 2 - Fill in the detail of the patient including their medication, dosage, supply etc then click create. You will receive a confirmation email of this patient, awaiting approval. 

Step 3 - When you have been alerted, by email, that the patient has been approved by a prescriber, you then log into ClearRX and click 'view' for that patient.

Step 4 - You have 2 options. Send the Prescription to the patient (via Email) OR send it direct to Clear Chemist for dispensing same day.

How to sign off a Prescription as a Prescriber

As a prescriber, you can follow all of the instructions, above, just like a clinic, but you can approve your own prescriptions, and then either send the PDF prescription to Clear Chemist to dispense or to an email address of your choice.

Or you can sign up as a prescriber and simply help the clinics, by approving their patient requests. 

If you wish to be a prescriber, please register for ClearRX on the homepage. We will need to do some checks before accepting you onto the ClearRX team. When you are approved, there will be a couple more steps, including creating your signature, to then become a ClearRX prescriber.

You can also approve other clinics prescriptions. An email will be sent to you, to alert you that a prescription has been sent from a clinic, and requires signing off. 

You simply log onto ClearRX, locate the prescription in question and Approve or Deny (with a reason).

 

FAQ's

Q. What if the medication is not in the dropdown list for me to choose for the prescription?

A. Email [email protected] with the full description of the product and it will be added. An email will be sent back to you to confirm once done.
